Our Cancellation Policy
Our tennis classes are very small so we ask you to feel accountable for booking your class upfront. You can cancel your class anytime 24 hours prior the start of the class. In case you cancel when it's less than a 24 hour, we sadly can't refund you the money anymore.

Where to Find Us!We’ve got one main hub + two epic pop-ups—pick your court and get in the game! 📍 TiB Indoor (Main Base) – Carpet court, tennis carpet shoes only. 📍 Social Hub Outdoor (Pop-Up)– Smaller dimention, non-slip surface. 📍 ESV Outdoor (Pop-Up) – Hard-court feel, non-slip surface. Check availability & book your spot! 🚀

How about the gear and the class language?No need to bring a racket – we’ve got you sorted at no extra cost! 🎾 For TiB Indoor, just grab your tennis carpet shoes (only €2 to rent at reception). Classes? We speak English (unless we say otherwise), but our coaches can chat in German, French, Spanish, Bulgarian, Dutch, Turkish, and more! 🌍 Let’s hit the court!

Cancellation & Weather Policy—Let’s Keep It Simple!Got a change of plans? No worries! You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before class via the Wix Members App. ⏰ After that, it’s non-refundable. Weather check: If rain or storms roll in before class, we’ll cancel and refund you. But if the class has started and 15 minutes have passed... no refunds, we’re already in the game! 🌧️ Stay flexible and have fun with us!
